⚠️ Absolute rule절대 규칙The Rx must specify “Hapa Kristin” to sell. An Rx listing another brand (Air Optix, Acuvue, etc.) is never accepted.처방전에 “Hapa Kristin”이 명시돼야만 판매 가능. Air Optix·Acuvue 등 타 브랜드명이 적힌 처방은 절대 허용 안 됨.

2) live.ep3.eyepegasus.com (EMR)View + register예약 보기 + 등록

What:무엇: View all of the day's appointments + register patients/appointments그날 예약 전체 보기 + 환자·예약 등록

When:언제: At open / Exam registration STEP 2 (3-3)오픈 시 예약 확인 / 검안 등록 STEP 2 (3-3)

Steps:순서: Log in → check today's appts / to register: Add New PT → Schedule Appointment로그인 → 오늘 예약 확인 / 등록 시 Add New PT → Schedule Appointment

Note:주의: Don't edit medical records. Registration info must match ops 100%.진료 기록 함부로 수정 X. 등록 정보는 ops와 100% 일치.

3) check-in.ep3.eyepegasus.comCheck-in / intake체크인 / intake

What:무엇: Collect the intake form when a booked customer arrives예약 손님이 도착했을 때 intake form 받기

When:언제: The moment they walk in (3-3 STEP 3)손님 입장 순간 (3-3 STEP 3)

Steps:순서: Log in → pull up that patient's intake form → customer fills it out → when done, hand off to exam room staff로그인 → 해당 환자 intake form 띄우기 → 손님 본인이 작성 → 완료되면 검안실 인력에게 인계

4) ops.skeyecares.comBooking · schedule검안 예약·근무표

What:무엇: Create exam bookings + view OD/tech schedule검안 예약 생성 + 검안의/테크 근무표

Steps:순서: Log in → Location = Pasadena → pick time slot & exam type → enter info (3-3 STEP 1)로그인 → Location = Pasadena → 시간대·검안 유형 선택 → 정보 등록 (3-3 STEP 1)

Exam types:검안 유형: Fitting Exam = customer has another brand's lens Rx or a glasses Rx · Full Exam = customer has no RxFitting Exam = 타 브랜드/안경 처방 있는 손님 · Full Exam = 처방 없는 손님

Note:주의: Location always Pasadena. After registering, also register in EMR (STEP 2).Location 항상 Pasadena. 등록 후 EMR(STEP 2)에도 동일 등록.

5) Square POSPayment결제

Steps:순서: Select item → quantity → payment method (card · Apple Pay · cash) → receipt상품 선택 → 수량 → 결제수단(카드·Apple Pay·현금) → 영수증

Note:주의: Sales tax auto-applies (already set). Refund OK if there's a receipt/payment record AND packaging is unopened — any other case, ask Glenn. Report cash discrepancies immediately.세일즈택스 자동 적용(설정 완료). 환불은 영수증/결제 이력 있고 포장 미개봉이면 가능 — 그 외 상황은 Glenn 문의. 현금 차액 즉시 보고.

3 When a Customer Comes In손님 오면 (응대 플로우)

💬 3-0. Say this first — basic explanation3-0. 손님에게 먼저 — 기본 설명

If they show interest, set this up before any talk of exams.관심 보이면 판정·검안 얘기 전에 이걸 먼저 깔아주기.

“Our lenses are color contacts for beauty. But even color contacts are classified as an FDA-cleared medical device, so a prescription is always required — even for zero-power (plano) colors. It's for your eye health, and we have an optometrist on-site, so you can get it done right here.” “저희는 뷰티를 위한 컬러렌즈예요. 그런데 컬러렌즈도 FDA 클리어드(FDA-cleared) 의료기기로 분류돼서 반드시 처방전이 필요해요. 도수 없는 컬러여도 마찬가지예요. 매장에 검안의 선생님이 계셔서 그 자리에서 받으실 수 있어요.”

3 things to always convey:꼭 전달할 3가지:

⚠️Never sell on an Rx that lists another brand. “I have an Acuvue Rx” → don't sell, send to Fitting Exam.타 브랜드명이 적힌 처방으로는 절대 판매 금지. “Acuvue 처방 있는데요” → 판매 X, Fitting Exam으로.

Fitting = base power already exists → just fit HK lenses · Full = no Rx at all → complete examFitting = 도수 기반 이미 있음 → HK 렌즈 피팅만 · Full = 처방 자체 없음 → 전체 검안

📋 3-3. Exam booking & registration — 3-step SOP3-3. 검안 예약·등록 3단계 SOP

⏳Enter the same info into 3 sites in order. Manual for now — auto-sync is in development.같은 정보를 3개 사이트에 순서대로 입력. 지금은 수동, 곧 자동 싱크 개발 예정.

Collect first:먼저 받을 정보: First/Last name · phone · email · DOB · exam date/time · exam type (Fitting/Full)First/Last name · 전화 · 이메일 · 생년월일(DOB) · 검사 일시 · 검사 유형(Fitting/Full)

STEP 1 — ops.skeyecares.com (create booking)STEP 1 — ops.skeyecares.com (예약 생성)

Log in → Location = Pasadena로그인 → Location = Pasadena
Pick desired time slot + exam type원하는 시간대 + 검사 유형 선택
Enter info (name · phone · email · DOB · type · date) → register정보 입력(이름·전화·이메일·DOB·유형·일시) → 등록

Schedule Appointment → enter date & type exactly as in opsops와 똑같이 일시·유형 입력

⚠️Must match ops 100%. Mismatches confuse the exam room.ops와 100% 일치해야 함. 다르면 검안실 혼선.

STEP 3 — check-in.ep3 (intake on arrival)STEP 3 — check-in.ep3 (도착 시 intake)

On arrival, pull up the patient's intake form → customer fills it out도착하면 그 환자 intake form 띄워서 → 손님 본인 작성
Fields: after DOB, just enter address + zip, then move on. Social history can be skipped.입력: 생년월일(DOB) 후 → 주소·집코드(zip)만 넣고 넘어가기. 소셜 히스토리는 스킵 OK.
Done → hand off to exam room staff완료 → 검안실 근무 인력에게 인계

Advance bookings: do STEP 1·2 then, STEP 3 on the day they arrive.예약만 미리 잡은 경우: STEP 1·2는 그때, STEP 3은 손님 온 날.
